Extended biography
LVL1 Studios brings several chapters of independent creative work into one home. Founder Joseph Anthony Garcia’s published history traces his start to gaming videos under xTOSx / DJ NY in 2008. Surviving uploads from 2010 and 2011 preserve that early work in gameplay clips, editing and project presentation.
By the mid-2010s, his focus had expanded into music production, recording and engineering. El AudioActivo was his earlier producer identity on the road to LVL1 Studios. Original releases document distinct contributions to projects including Suriel x SJ’s Tu Piel, Tiranico’s Poesia de Dos and JOAK’s Deadman. His firsthand account adds context about the wider work of running an independent studio; responsibilities varied by project.
Automotive work and motorsports became another chapter, before a return to gaming and livestreaming in 2026. The modern studio connects variety broadcasts, sim racing, edited videos, original LVL1 Audio music, merchandise and historical archives. MoonWalkerz Studios is featured as an independent collaborator with its own identity and work.
“Everybody Starts at Level One” is an invitation to begin. “Me Versus Me” carries that idea forward through continuous improvement measured against one’s own earlier work. ONE STUDIO. ONE IDENTITY. UNLIMITED CREATIVE DIRECTIONS.
