Creator Usage License
License Version 1.0 — Effective August 18, 2026
LVL1 Audio music is made for creators. You may use our music as background or accompanying music in livestreams, YouTube videos and Shorts, Twitch streams, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, podcasts, gaming content, films, and other video productions, including monetized content.
No royalties are owed to LVL1 Audio or LVL1 Studios for uses permitted under this license. Attribution is appreciated, but not required.
You may not resell or redistribute our music by itself, upload it to music services as your own release, claim ownership of an LVL1 Audio recording, register our music with Content ID or another rights-management service, or resell it as stock music, samples, loops, or part of another music library.
You may not use LVL1 Audio music to create, record, remix, sample, distribute, or release a song, beat, instrumental, remix, or other standalone music track, whether commercially or non-commercially.
LVL1 Audio recordings remain copyrighted works owned or controlled by LVL1 Studios and/or the applicable rights holder. This license gives you permission to use eligible music in your content; it does not transfer ownership.
If you publish content while your use is permitted under this license, LVL1 Studios will continue to recognize that permission for that existing content, provided your use complied with the license when published.
Received a copyright claim? Don’t immediately delete your content. Contact LVL1 Studios with the track name, platform, link to the affected content, claimant information, and a screenshot of the claim if available so we can investigate.
